Case Discussion

Sclerosing papilloma is a benign glandular proliferation with dense fibrosis, present at least in part within a duct lumen. The glandular component has both myoepithelial and epithelial layers, and apocrine metaplasia is often present. Small tubular glands can become entrapped within the sclerosing stroma.
