Clinical History

Lymphadenopathy extending from posterior cervical space to supraclavicular region as well as anterior mediastinum.

Case Discussion

Nodular sclerosis classical Hodgkin lymphoma (NSCHL) constitute 70% of classical Hodgkin lymphoma in Europe and the USA. More common in developed countries, it is associated with higher socioeconomic status. Incidence is similar in males and females, peaking at 15 - 34 years of age.
