Neck mass in an otherwise healthy young female.

Case Discussion

B-Lymphoblastic leukemia lymphoma can have myeloid antigens which if it fulfills the World Health Organization's 2017 criteria, is considered a mixed-phenotype acute leukemia. Those very rarely present as a tissue mass. Myeloid sarcoma (tissue mass) more commonly a presentation of myelomonocytic or myeloid leukemias (AML).
