Case Discussion

Sclerosing variant of basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is relatively rare, comprising less than 1% of BCCs. Sclerosing BCC mainly affects the face, presenting as depressed plaque or scar with ill-defined borders; thus, the other terms "morpheaform" and "cicatricial".
