Case Discussion

Porocarcinoma is a rare tumor with approximately 200 cases reported. It usually occurs in elderly patients with a significant rate of metastasis (up to 50%). It is characterized by epidermal-based atypical adnexal tumor with anastomosing cords of tumor cells. Cells are usually basaloid. Mitotic figures are usually numerous and atypical.
