Small enhancing superficial breast mass on high risk MRI screening

Case Discussion

Hemangioma in the breast, as in other sites, is a benign proliferation of blood or lymph vessels. In this case, there is a small circumscribed lesion with lobular architecture typical of a capillary hemangioma. There is a lack of significant atypia and low Ki67 index (not shown).
