Case Discussion
Malignant phyllodes tumours are fibroepithelial neoplasms with malignant stromal growth. Criteria for malignancy included stromal overgrowth, stromal hypercellularity, stromal cell atypia, mitotic activity, and invasive tumour borders. In this case, areas of osteoid and cartilage with malignant cells can be seen.
