This patient had multiple biopsies from the colon, duodenum and stomach that showed inflammatory/hamartomatous polyps. The biopsy presented here shows features of inflammatory polyp (cystically dilated crypts with marked inflammation and edematous and inflamed lamina propria) and low grade dysplasia.
