Case Discussion
Most common during puberty and 6-7 decade, due to hormonal imbalance (increased estrogen and/or decreased androgen). In the early (florid) stage there is epithelial hyperplasia with tufting and hypercellular often PASH-like stroma with loose Myxoid periductal stroma. In the late (fibrous) stage there is stromal fibrosis and atrophy of epithelium.
